1. Acceptance

By using Vitarego Fit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Vitarego Fit is a nutrition coaching app that provides personalized meal plans, progress tracking, AI-powered food analysis, and access to professional health coaching services. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Health Disclaimer

The app provides nutrition guidance, not medical advice. AI-generated suggestions are estimates and should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions or take medications.

5. Allergen Safety

While we implement strict allergen filtering, no system is 100% accurate. Users with severe allergies should verify all food ingredients independently. AI photo analysis provides approximate nutritional data — use barcode scanning or manual entry for precision.

6. Paid Services

Consultations, supervision programs, and marathons are paid services with prices displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund requests must be directed to the coach. Only administrators can process refunds.

7. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, diary entries, documents). By uploading content, you grant us permission to store, process, and display it within the app as needed for the service.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not: attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the app, use the AI to generate harmful content, or violate any applicable laws.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vitarego Fit is provided “as is”. We are not liable for health outcomes resulting from following nutrition plans, AI suggestions, or coach recommendations. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
