How do I reset my password?
Go to the login screen and tap Forgot Password. Enter your email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

How do I change my nutrition plan?
Go to the Nutrition tab and tap the plan selector at the top. Choose from Diet, Calculator, Recipes, or Weekly Menu plans.

How does AI meal photo analysis work?
Take a photo of your meal and tap Analyze with AI. Our Gemini-powered vision identifies food items and estimates calories and macros automatically.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Go to your device settings, find Subscriptions, and cancel from there.

Is my data private?
Yes. All personal health data is encrypted and stored securely. Photos are served through authenticated endpoints only. We never share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?
Go to More tab, then Settings, then scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
