By using the Vitarego Fit mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Vitarego Fit is a nutrition and lifestyle coaching application that provides personalized meal plans, calorie tracking, AI-powered meal analysis, progress tracking, and access to professional coaching programs. The app is operated by Vitarego.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Subscription & Payments
Free Tier: Basic features including diary, water tracking, weight logging, calculator plan, diet plans, and limited AI chat (5 messages/day).
Premium Subscription: Unlocks full recipe library, unlimited AI chat, unlimited meal photo analysis, extended progress charts, AI weekly diary analysis, AI surprise meal suggestions, auto meal photo recognition, AI diary feedback, and premium challenges.
Pricing:
- Monthly: €9.99/month
- Yearly: €79.99/year (save 33%)
Payment: Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies.
4. Coaching Services
Consultations and supervision programs are paid services provided by qualified nutrition coaches. These are separate from the premium subscription and are purchased individually.
- A completed consultation is required before purchasing a supervision program
- The coach provides personalized nutrition guidance, not medical advice
- Results vary by individual and depend on adherence to the program
5. Health Disclaimer
Vitarego Fit is not a medical service. The app provides nutrition coaching and tracking tools. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions or take medications.
AI-generated meal suggestions, calorie estimates, and photo analysis are approximate and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, diary entries, notes). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use automated systems to access the app
- Share your account credentials with others
8. Intellectual Property
The Vitarego Fit app, including its design, code, recipes, and content, is owned by Vitarego and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vitarego Fit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
