Delete Your Vitarego Fit Account
We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal information: name, email, password, profile photo
- Health data: weight logs, body measurements, health profile (allergies, medications, conditions)
- Nutrition data: diary entries, meal logs, calculator plans, diet plans, recipe plans
- Photos: diary photos, progress photos, consultation documents
- AI data: chat history, meal analysis results, AI-generated comments
- Activity data: water logs, feeling logs, streaks, achievements
- Program data: supervision records, consultation records, marathon purchases
- Payment records: subscription history (Stripe payment IDs are retained for legal/tax purposes for 7 years)
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: From the App
- Open Vitarego Fit
- Go to More → Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to info@vitarego.fit with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., payment records for tax purposes)
